All GO Setups for Assetto Corsa are developed and validated in the following conditions: 20°C air temperature and 28°C track temperature. These are the default conditions used across our AC library to ensure consistency between setups.
Why conditions matter
In Assetto Corsa, tyre behaviour is sensitive to temperature. A setup built at 20°C air and 28°C track will behave as intended in those conditions. If you run a session with significantly different temperatures, the tyre pressures and temperatures will be different, which can affect handling balance and grip levels.
If your conditions differ
As a general rule, hotter conditions will cause tyre pressures to rise further. If you are running in a much hotter environment, you may want to reduce cold tyre pressures slightly to compensate. Cooler conditions will have the opposite effect and may require more time for tyres to reach optimal temperature.
