If the Auto-Installer is running but not downloading a particular setup, there are a few common causes to check.
Check your install path
The most common cause is an incorrect game install path in GO Fast. Open GO Fast, go to Settings, and verify the path for your sim is pointing to the correct folder. If the path is wrong, GO Fast will not be able to place setups where your sim expects them. See Auto-Installer Cannot Find My Game for the correct default paths for each sim.
Check your filter settings
The Auto-Installer uses your active filters to decide which setups to install. If a filter does not match the session, the setup will be skipped. Open GO Fast and go to the Setups section. Review the active filters for setup type, car, and version. Make sure the setup type you want (Qualifying, Race, Safe, Esport) is enabled and that the correct car is selected. If filters are set too narrowly, the Auto-Installer may find no matching setup to install.
Check your download limits
If you are a subscriber, you may have reached your download limit. Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and Assetto Corsa setups are limited to 30 downloads per month with a daily cap of 10. iRacing and AMS2 have unlimited downloads. If you have hit your limit, the Auto-Installer will not download new setups until the limit resets. See How Download Limits Work for full details on limits and reset timing.
The game or car is not recognised
The Auto-Installer identifies your current game and car automatically when you launch a session. If the car or game is not recognised, it may be because the game path is not configured correctly in Settings, or because the car is not yet supported in the current release.
The setup does not exist for that combination
GO may not have released a setup for every car and track combination. If a setup does not exist for your current session, the Auto-Installer will not download anything. You can check GO Fast to confirm whether a setup is available for your car and track.
