Since GO sells digital files, all sales are typically final. However, refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- No downloads made: If you have not downloaded the purchased file(s) from your account, we may approve a refund request.
- Clear mistake: If the purchase was made in error (for example, duplicate orders), we are happy to review and assist.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket and include the following:
- Your order ID or receipt number.
- The reason you are requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
Things to note
- If the file has been downloaded, we are unable to process a refund unless there is a technical issue with the product.
- Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
