If you want to permanently delete your GO account, you can request this by opening a support ticket. Account deletion is permanent, removes all your data, and cannot be undone.
Before you request deletion
Make sure you understand what account deletion means:
- All your purchase history and setup library access will be permanently removed.
- Any active subscription or remaining bundle access will be lost.
- If you create a new account in the future, there will be no history of your previous downloads. All re-downloads will count towards your download limits again.
If you only want to stop being charged, consider cancelling your subscription instead. Cancelling stops future charges while preserving your purchase history and any bundle access you have.
How to request deletion
Open a support ticket and request account deletion. Include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process the request and confirm once complete.
