This guide walks you through getting your first setup installed and ready to use. The fastest way is with GO Fast, but you can also do it manually through the GO Setups website.
The fast way: using GO Fast (recommended)
GO Fast is the quickest way to get setups into your sim. Here is how to get started:
- Download and install GO Fast from go-fast.gg
- Open the app and log in with your GO account
- On first launch, check that the automatically detected game install paths are correct. If something looks wrong, see Setting Up Game Install Paths
- Once your paths are set, there are two ways to get setups:
- Auto-Installer (subscribers only): join any car and track combination in your sim, and the Auto-Installer will automatically download and place the matching setups for you. See Filtering What the Auto-Installer Downloads for more details
- Setups Area: open the Setups tab in GO Fast, browse or search for the car and track you need, and click Install. This works for both subscribers and bundle owners. See How the Setups Area Works
- Launch your sim and the setup will already be in your garage, ready to select
The manual way: using the GO Setups website
If you prefer not to use the app, you can download setups directly from the website:
- Log in to your account at gosetups.gg
- Go to the Setups Area in your account dashboard
- Browse to your sim title and find the car or bundle you want
- Download the setup file (this will give you a .zip file)
- Extract the file and place it in your sim's setup folder

Console players (ACC)
If you play Assetto Corsa Competizione on console, you cannot import setup files directly. Instead, you will need to use the ACC Setup Viewer to read the setup values and manually enter them in game. See How Can I Use GO Setups on Console (ACC)? for a full walkthrough.
What to do next
Once you have your first setup installed, take it for a few laps and feel how the car responds. From there you can:
- Use the Setup Optimiser to fine-tune the setup based on your driving style
- Check the Leaderboards to compare your lap times
- Browse the Setups Area to explore more car and track combinations
