All payment receipts and invoices are sent automatically to your registered email address when a charge is made. You can also view them directly from your account.
Finding invoices in your account
- Log in to gosetups.gg/my-account.
- Go to Order History.
- All your past orders will be listed with their details and download links.
Order confirmation emails
An order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address every time a payment is processed. This email contains your receipt and order details. If you cannot find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
If you cannot find an invoice
If you have checked both your Order History and your email (including spam) and still cannot locate your invoice, open a support ticket with your account email and the approximate date of the transaction and we will resend it.
VAT and business invoices
If you need a VAT invoice or an invoice addressed to a business, open a support ticket with your business name, address, and VAT number and we will issue one manually.
