You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings. There are two ways to do this, depending on whether you want to update your general payment method or the one linked to an active subscription.
Updating your payment method for future checkouts
This updates the payment method used for new purchases on the website.
- Log in to gosetups.gg/my-account.
- Go to Account Settings, then Billing.
- Click Update Payment Method or Manage Billing.
- Enter your new card details or connect a new PayPal account.
- Save the change.
The new payment method will be used for your next checkout. Previous charges are not affected.
Updating your payment method for a subscription
If you have an active subscription and want to change the card or PayPal account used for recurring payments, you need to update it directly from the subscription settings.
- Log in to gosetups.gg/my-account.
- Go to Manage Subscription.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new card details or connect a new PayPal account.
- Confirm the change.
The updated payment method will be used for your next subscription renewal.
If your payment failed
If a payment failed and your subscription is on hold, update your payment method from the Manage Subscription section as soon as possible. Your subscription will resume once a valid payment method is on file and the outstanding amount is settled.
