Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each billing cycle. If you subscribed on the 5th of the month, it renews on the 5th every month. If you are on a yearly plan, it renews on the same date each year. If your billing date falls at the end of the month, you will always be charged on the last day of the month.
How to check your renewal date
Log in to your account at gosetups.gg/my-account and go to Manage Subscription. Your next billing date is displayed there alongside your current plan.
Payment on renewal
On the renewal date, the payment method saved to your account is charged automatically. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed. If the payment fails, your subscription is placed on hold immediately and you will not be able to access or download setups until payment is confirmed. Cancelling before renewal
If you want to cancel before the next renewal, go to Manage Subscription from your account. Your access continues until the end of the paid period and will not renew after that. For full details, see How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
