If a subscription renewal payment fails, your subscription is placed on hold immediately. While on hold, you will not be able to access or download setups.
What does on-hold mean?
When a payment fails, your subscription status changes to on-hold. This means:
- You cannot access or download setups from the website.
- Your subscription remains on hold until you confirm payment.
- Any setups you have already downloaded to your PC will still be available locally, but you will not be able to download new ones.
How to resolve a failed payment
To restore your subscription, log in to your account at gosetups.gg/my-account and confirm your payment. If your current payment method is no longer valid, update your payment details first. For step-by-step instructions, see How to Update Your Payment Method.
Once payment is confirmed, your subscription will be reactivated and you will regain full access to your setups.
