GO subscriptions run on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Here is what to expect.
When you are charged
Your first charge is taken immediately when you subscribe. Each subsequent charge is taken on the same date each month (or year, for yearly subscriptions). For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of each following month.
If your billing date falls at the end of the month, you will always be charged on the last day of the month. For example, if you subscribed on the 31st, you will be charged on the 28th in February, the 31st in March, the 30th in April, and so on.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your subscription is placed on hold immediately. While on hold, you will not be able to access or download setups. You will receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
Your subscription will remain on hold until you confirm payment. To resolve this, log in to your account at gosetups.gg/my-account, go to Manage Subscription, and update your payment method. For more details, see What Happens If My Payment Fails.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. See the article on cancelling your subscription for step-by-step instructions.
