If you cannot log into GO Fast or gosetups.gg, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Wrong email or password
Double check that you are using the email address you registered your GO Setups account with. If you are unsure, try a password reset from the login page. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes.
ISP or network routing issue
In some cases, login issues are caused by incorrect routing from your internet provider. To check whether this is the problem, try logging in using your mobile data connection instead of your home or office network. If it works on mobile data, the issue is with your ISP routing and you may need to contact your provider or try a different network.
Subscription showing as inactive
If your login works but GO Fast shows your subscription as inactive or expired, see App Not Recognising My Subscription.
