If you purchased a bundle and can no longer download it, your 365-day access period may have expired. Bundle purchases include 365 days of access from the date of purchase.
What expiry means
After 365 days, the bundle will show as expired and the files will no longer be available to download. The setups you already downloaded remain yours to keep and use. You simply cannot access new updates or re-download files from the bundle.
How to restore access
You can renew the bundle by purchasing it again, which gives you another 365 days of access. Alternatively, a subscription plan gives you access to all content across all sims without an expiry date.
Not sure if this is the issue?
Check your purchase date in your account area on the GO Setups website. If it has been more than 365 days, expiry is the most likely reason your download is unavailable.
