Before opening a ticket, it is worth running through this checklist. Many common issues can be resolved in a couple of minutes without needing to wait for a response.
For setup installation issues
- Is your game install path set correctly in GO Fast Settings? See Setting Up Game Install Paths.
- Have you launched your sim at least once so the setup folder was created?
- Are you looking in the right folder inside your sim (car setup menu, not files)?
- If the Auto-Installer is not finding your game, see Auto-Installer Cannot Find My Game.
- If a specific setup is not downloading, see Why Is the Auto-Installer Not Downloading a Specific Setup?
For setups not appearing in-game
- Have you checked the correct folder for your sim? See the setup installation guide for your game: iRacing | ACC | AC | LMU | AMS2
- Have you tried refreshing the setup list in your sim?
For app issues
- Have you tried restarting GO Fast?
- Is GO Fast up to date? Check for updates in Settings. If the app will not update, see App Will Not Update.
- Have you tried running GO Fast as administrator?
- Is your antivirus flagging or blocking the app?
For account and billing issues
- Are you logged in with the correct email address?
- Is your subscription showing as active on gosetups.gg/my-account?
- Have you tried signing out of GO Fast and back in?
- Did you receive a payment confirmation email? Check your Order History.

For Race Engineer issues
- Is telemetry enabled in your sim? See Setting Up Telemetry.
