The GO Discord server is the community hub for all GO users. It is a place to chat with other sim racers, ask quick questions, discuss setups, and stay up to date with new releases and announcements.
How to join
Join the GO Discord server using this invite link: discord.com/invite/wyYZGckxXJ. The server is free to join and open to all GO users.
Key channels
Once you join, there are several channels worth knowing about:
- Announcements: New setup releases, GO Fast updates, and important news from the team.
- General: Community chat, general discussion, and quick questions.
- Sim-specific channels: Dedicated channels for each supported sim where you can discuss setups, share feedback, and talk about your game of choice with other drivers.
- Support: A place to ask quick questions or report issues. You can also open a support ticket directly through Discord if you prefer.
Discord vs support tickets
Both Discord and support tickets are valid ways to get help. Discord is great for quick questions, general advice, and community discussion. You can also open support tickets directly through Discord.
For account issues, billing questions, or anything that involves your personal data, we recommend opening a support ticket through the help center. Tickets are logged in our system and give you a tracked record of the conversation. For more details on the difference, see Discord Channels vs Support Tickets.
Community rules
The GO Discord follows a standard set of community guidelines. Keep conversations respectful and on topic. Spam and self-promotion are not allowed. Full rules are pinned in the rules channel when you join.
