GO has both a Discord community server and a ticket-based support system. They serve different purposes.
When to use Discord
Discord is best for general questions, setup discussion, community interaction, and chatting with other GO users. It is also where announcements, release notes, and promotions are posted first.
When to open a support ticket
Use a support ticket for account issues, billing questions, technical problems with the app, setup bugs, and anything that requires access to your account details. Support tickets are private and handled by the GO team directly.
Why not both?
If you have already opened a ticket, there is no need to also post in Discord about the same issue. The support team monitors tickets, not Discord, for customer issues. Posting in both places does not speed up the response.
