GO regularly updates Automobilista 2 setups to keep them aligned with the latest game version and physics. When a setup is updated, the version number in the filename increases.
What triggers an update
AMS2 setups are updated when Reiza Studios releases a game patch that changes car physics, tyre models, or track behaviour, or when our engineers identify improvements through testing. Updates are released as needed rather than on a fixed schedule.
How to get the latest version
Use the Auto-Installer in GO Fast to download the latest setups. The highest version number is always the most recent and recommended version. Updates do not count toward your download limit.
Are older versions kept?
Older versions remain in the bundle. If you preferred an earlier version, you can continue using it. Version numbers are a guide to what is newest, not a requirement to always update.
