If your lap times are not appearing on the leaderboard or your session data seems stuck, check these common causes.
Sync setting
Leaderboard submissions are controlled by a sync setting in GO Fast. Make sure this is enabled if you want your laps to appear on the leaderboard.
Telemetry connection
Race Engineer must be connected and recording telemetry during your session for lap data to be submitted. If telemetry was not active, no laps will be sent. Confirm the connection status before your next session.
Invalid laps
Laps that include off-track excursions, resets, or pit entries may be marked as invalid and will not count toward leaderboard times. Only clean, completed laps are submitted.
App version
Older versions of GO Fast may have sync issues. Make sure you are running the latest version from the Microsoft Store. Check the Library section for available updates.
