Setup Types
Every iRacing setup from GO Setups falls into one of the following categories.

Esport Setups
The standard competitive setups, fully optimised for maximum performance.-
E R= Esport Race -
E Q= Esport Qualifying

Safe Setups
More forgiving and stable. Slightly slower than Esport, but a reliable baseline for consistent driving.-
S R= Safe Race -
S Q= Safe Qualifying

Endurance
Designed for endurance racing, normally for special events such as 3-hour races on the weekend.-
ENDU= Endurance version

Alternative Versions
-
ALTorBIS= Alternative version of E R, same speed but a different approach -
CAW= Custom version by our lead engineer, different approach more suited to his driving style

Weather Variations

WET= Optimised for wet conditions

Balance of Performance
Used for special events with BoP adjustments.-
BOP= Setup adapted to the current Balance of Performance -
FINAL BOP= Setup adapted to the final confirmed Balance of Performance

Oval and Series-Specific Codes
Some series, particularly oval racing, use additional variants:-
LDF= Low Downforce -
HDF= High Downforce -
Tighter= Tighter handling balance -
Looser= Looser handling balance -
Balanced= Neutral handling balance

Telemetry

.BLAP= Best lap file that displays our reference lap over your sectors, so you can compare in session -
MoTeC= Telemetry file that can be viewed in MoTeC for in-depth lap analysis

Always use the setup with the highest version number as it is the latest revision.
