If you have downloaded a setup from GO Setups or installed one via GO Fast and it is not showing up in your iRacing garage, work through the steps below.
Check the setup file is in the right folder
Setup files must be placed in the correct folder for your sim to detect them. If you installed manually, confirm the file is in the right directory. If you used GO Fast, check that your game install path is set correctly in Settings.
Confirm the correct subfolder
iRacing organises setups by car inside the setups folder. The correct path is:
Documents\iRacing\setups\[CarFolder]
If the setup file is in the root setups folder and not inside the correct car subfolder, iRacing will not display it.
Refresh the setup list
iRacing reads the setup folder when you enter the garage. If iRacing was already running when the file was installed, exit to the main menu and re-enter the session so it rescans the folder.
Check the car matches
Setups are car-specific. A setup built for one car will not appear in the setup list for a different car, even if both cars are in the same class. Confirm the setup file is for the exact car model you are using.
Check the setup is not corrupted
If the file downloaded but the content is empty or broken, the setup will not load. Try re-downloading the setup from GO Setups or reinstalling via GO Fast.
